The Steering Committee liaised with Component Coordination Groups to ensure alignment of programmes with external development initiatives, while also providing evaluation and reporting oversight, and working closely with Participating Organizations on procedural aspects of the Fund.
Component Coordination Groups
Five groups were established to review UNDAF outcomes and provide the Programme Steering Committee with recommendations on the allocation of resources.

In consultation with United Nations Country Team the Resident Coordinator was responsible for liaising with Participating Organizations, government stakeholders, and development partners on approved resource allocations. He/she also mobilized resources and promoted collaboration on addressing Fund priorities to ensure coherence across initiatives.

The Administrative Agent is responsible for the receipt, administration and management of contributions from donors, disbursement of funds to Participating Organizations, and consolidation and dissemination of progress reports to donors.
Participating Organizations
Programme implementation is the responsibility of Participating Organizations. Each organization is programmatically and financially responsible for resources received.
